The Address Residence Fountain Views III, is one of the latest premium furnished serviced residences and a 5-star Hotel tower development of EMAAR in Downtown Dubai. Located opposite The Dubai Mall, the building offers luxury serviced residences that provide views of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. The project includes 11 podium levels, Car Park, Commercial and retail venue shared by the three high-rise towers of 59 levels each, Several MEP and Service levels, and Premium serviced residences.
LC Acoustics scope included full acoustic design development emphasizing on sound transmission control for both airborne and structure-borne, benchmarking of Rw , LnTw and other related ratings based on WHO, ISO/BS/EN, Dubai Green Building Codes and a detailed environmental noise survey.
